Roselands caravan and camping park is a
traditional 4 star family run park with resident owners who
bring a happy, relaxed and friendly approach to the park which
is developed to a very high standard situated six miles from
Penzance,it is a select development of 15 modern caravans
and dedicated pitch sites for tourers, motor homes and campers,
set in pleasant grounds with displays of shrubs and flowers,
surrounded by hundreds of acres of typical Cornish countryside
and yet within a few minutes drive of many picturesque beaches,
coves and places of interest and recreations facilities -
golf, climbing, horse riding, cycling, swimming just to name
a few. A haven for ramblers and bird watchers.
There is no organized entertainment but the park is a quiet,
clean and friendly place to stay. Spring arrives earlier than
to other parts of Britain, a unique time for enjoying spectacular
displays of wild flowers colouring the countryside. Take
advantage of low season prices in spring and autumn as the
Summer climate can continue until late October in Cornwall.

Having three children ourselves we understand the importance
of keeping them entertained so all children will be welcomed
to the park with a treasure hunt pack and when completed will
be awarded with a small prize to keep them busy for a while.
We will also provide cots and buggy’s for hire,
just tick the booking form if required, ( please
note that due to space restrictions in the caravans it is
not always possible to fit a cot in the bedroom please ask
when booking )
There is no doubt that many people enjoy
Cornwall for its beautiful fine sandy beaches and Coves, many
of Cornwall’s finest beaches are nearby, - Sennon Cove,
Porthcurno beach and St Ives Bay, also known for its rugged
landscape and fine peaceful gardens, The entire Cape Cornwall
coastline forms part of the Heritage Coast, totally un spoilt,
ideal for walking, exploring or just enjoying.
The climate is mild due to the warming effects of the Gulf
Stream - indeed palm trees are relatively common in the gardens
of south and west Cornwall and sub-tropical plants can be
seen growing quite happily around Cornwall. The moderating
influence of the sea also means that Cornish winters are rarely
severe and hot summer days are often cooled by gentle sea
breezes.
Please book early to avoid disappointment in the main
Seasons, and if you have any questions please
