Here at Roselands we cater for Touring caravans, motor homes and tents - We have 17 Serviced level ptches and 16 Camping pitches all are grassed and level, some pitches having Sea views. There are ample stand pipes around the park all in close facility.

New re-furnbished shower block, both mens and ladies and brand new chemical waste point.

We have a small shop on site providing basic provisions, inc milk, bread & gas etc.

We have a large conservatory / day room that can be used in wet weather.

Also you can enjoy a good Cornish Ale or Cider in our bar in the evening to relax after a hectic day out.

Well behaved dogs are allowed on a lead, provided they are kept on a lead and exercised outside the park ground, all owners are required to collect any mess left by their dog.

Pitch charges :

Low Season, January, Febraury, March, April, up to 24th May, September, October, Serviced £10.00 & Un - serviced £8.00.

Mid Season, From 24th May, June, to 19th July, Serviced £12.00, Un- Serviced £10.00

High Season From 19th July, August Serviced £14.00, Un - Serviced £12.00

All Prices above include pitch, car & 2 adults.

Any persons over five £2.00 per nighjt

Children under five £1.00 per night

Awnings/ Gazebo's £2.00 per night

Pup tent £2.00 per night

Extra Car £1.50 per day
