Nestled in the heart of the Lands End peninsula our central location is the perfect base for exploring all that this beautiful county has to offer. Surrounded by moorlands and countryside as far as the eye can see, our quiet caravan site in Cornwall is simply idyllic.

Our Story:
In 2006, we traded the Midlands for a new adventure, moving our family of five to this beautiful corner of Cornwall. When we first arrived, the park was very tired and rundown, but we saw the potential to create something truly special.
Since then, it has been a true labour of love. We’ve worked tirelessly to transform the park from the ground up—from modernizing the hidden infrastructure to installing brand-new holiday homes. We are also committed to a greener future, having recently introduced solar power and EV charging stations to the site.

We absolutely love the St Just area and are excited for you to discover its charm. We want you to feel at home here, so please don't hesitate to say hello and pick our brains:
• Walking: We are both keen walkers and know the best coastal paths and hidden trails—just ask us for a route tip!
• Fishing: Craig is our resident fishing enthusiast and is always happy to chat about the best local spots.
• Dog Lovers: Kerry is a huge fan of four-legged friends, which is why we take such pride in being a dog-friendly retreat for your entire family.

Our stunning location is a haven for wildlife so we are perfectly placed for ramblers, bird watchers and wildlife enthusiasts keen to get up close and personal with an array of species. Dog walkers can roam for hours across the local moors or navigate the footpath, calling in at one of the many inviting pubs along the way.
