Walk to St Just from Roselands Caravan Park. Walk to the exit of the Caravan Park turn right walk 200m to T Junction turn left walk 650m on the lane to the main road St Just to Penzance Road. Crossover the main road to a lane with a sign to Tregeseal and walk 500m there will be a farmer’s track on the left-hand side with the St Just church in view follow the track 500m to St Just. It will come out at the back of St Just Church takes about 35 minutes. Just be aware of walking on country lanes.
If walking is not your thing. Ever thought about hiring an electric bike so that the motor takes the strain? Wish to view our beautiful countryside not from inside your metal box ever thought about hiring an electric or standard bike just be aware it’s quite hilly here and electric makes life a lot easier, our local contact will deliver to Roselands Caravan Park. Little ones will love burning off steam in our outdoor adventure play park whilst older children can make use of our pool table, football table and table tennis facilities.
EV electrical charging points are available capable of a 7.5kWh charge. The charging stations can be accessed by scanning a QR code, whereby electric vehicle owners can download an app that enables users to pay for the charging. As with anything during your stay, if you require assistance please do not hesitate to ask us.
Our pool table, football table and table tennis facilities make for an afternoon of non-stop fun!
Washing machines, tumble dryers and ironing facilities are available in our laundry room to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Linen is available for hire and a freezer is available for ice packs.
Our large conservatory is available for day and evening use, books and board games, sit and talk to the other families on holiday and bring your own drinks.
Here at Roselands we love dogs! Our tranquil location is paw-fect for pooches with a lovely moorland walk next to our park. Please note: we always ask that dogs are kept on a lead at all times on park.
Our sparkling clean toilet and shower blocks are available for our touring and camping guests, complete with constant hot water for our guests to refresh themselves after an action packed day exploring Cornwall.

Being west facing we get the most beautiful sunsets
Sparsely populated, wild and rugged, much of this area is an AONB with incredible scenery wherever you turn. A haven for wildlife the area is home to an array of birdlife including Kittiwakes, Razorbills and the rare Cornish Chough. The waters here are teeming with marine life too with dolphins, basking sharks, whales and blue fin tuna often sighted. With a huge concentration of archaeological sites, secluded beaches, rugged moorland, green countryside rolling down to pretty harbours, this area really is Cornwall’s best kept secret and Roselands is the ideal base from which to explore.
